With less than 60 days until the start of the FIS Cross-Country World Cup in Ruka, Finland the FIS Cross-Country team concluded the series of summer inspections.

The FIS crew has visited a number of FIS Cross-Country World Cup hosts including new in the calendar Ulricehamn (SWE), the 2018 Winter Olympic Games host PyeongChang (KOR), World Cup Final organiser Tyumen (RUS) and venues that are back in the calendar after a break: Val Mustair (SUI), La Clusaz (FRA) and Otepää (EST).

Summer inspections are a unique opportunity for organisers and the FIS staff to meet and discuss the upcoming World Cup events with FIS Marketing AG, host broadcaster, National Ski Association and other stakeholders.
