Daniel Albrecht is excluded from the Swiss national team squad
Swiss Ski Federation excluded from the national team squad of all disciplines the world champion 2007 in super combined Daniel Albrecht.

A “benefit” status which gave the athlete a right to be a part of the national team’s squad ended in the end of the season 2012/13.
In January 2009 the Swiss skier seriously injured his head after a fall and spent three weeks in coma. After this incident he couldn’t become a top skier again.
The decision of the officials of the Federation doesn’t mean that Albrecht will retire from skiing, but he’ll have to train on his own spendings.
