The first Vice-Premier of the Government of the Russian Federation Igor Shuvalov stated that facilities of the Universiade in Krasnoyarsk will be finished in 2017 year.

Igor Shuvalov held the first meeting on preparation for the XXIX World Universiade.

About 40 billion rubles will be spent on preparation for the Universiade from federal and regional budgets.
