In less than two weeks, the extended FIS family will travel to Mexico for the 50^th International Ski Congress from 5^th-11^th June 2016.

Weather in Mexico

During the time of the FIS Congress, temperatures in Cancun will be between 25°C – 33°C, with mostly sunny and warm, tropical weather.

Transfer

Transfers to and from the official FIS Congress hotel Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancunwill take 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. After arrival to Cancun, participants should proceed to the appointed transfer company for the FIS Congress: Tropical Incentives DMC who will be holding a FIS Congress sign. FIS and FIS Travel will also have staff located at the airport on the main arrival days on 4^th and 5^th June 2016 to assist participants.

Congress participants are advised to avoid any contact with other sales representatives for their own safety.

Accreditation

Accreditation passes for FIS Congress participants will be available for collection from the registration desk, which will be located in the lobby area of the hotel:
