61 athletes have been named to the 2016/2017 National teams, including 26 athletes to the Development Groups and NextGen Programme.

18 males and 17 females have been named to the snowboard cross, alpine, para, halfpipe and slopestyle national teams.

Additionally, 17 males and 9 females will represent the NextGen Programme and Development Groups in snowboard cross, alpine, para, halfpipe and slopestyle.

Canadian riders will be looking to build off an outstanding 2015/2016 season, including multiple World Cup and X-Games podiums as well as several NorAM titles.

Preparation for the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics are well underway, with several olympic and paralympic test events taking place in Canada this upcoming season.

Quebec City's Snowboard Jamboree and the IPC World Championships at Big White will also highlight the domestic calendar along with both Air and Speed Nation Nationals.
