The Austrian Ski Cross Team is turning into the home stretch before the 2016/17 Audi FIS Ski Cross World Cup season with the final training sessions set to take place on Pitztal glacier – and, surprisingly, also aboard in Pitztal is Andrea Limbacher.

German ski cross racer Daniel Bohnacker is sidelined from action for approximately six weeks after injuring his right ankle in a training crash on Pitztal glacier.

At its meeting during the FIS Congress 2016, the Council approved the reorganisation of Snowboard and Freestyle Skiing into a single and harmonised Committee, the ‘Freestyle, FreeSki and Snowboard Committee’.
