The United States Olympic Committee announced its annual award recipients for 2014 national coaches of the year.

The world’s best junior athletes from eleven nations competed in the FIS Grass Ski Junior World Championships from 28th July-2nd August 2015 in Stitna (CZE).

Former Alpine skier Maria José Rienda (SPA) was appointed as Director General of Sports at the government of Andalusia. Her role, which is the most important political position in the Andalusian sports community, will work with both summer and winter sports.

Over the past two days, up-and-coming snowboard cross athletes had the chance to meet Australia's national team members and coaches whilst also train for the sole two sbx races of the Australia New Zealand Cup taking place this week.

The need for speed is unbroken for the Austrian downhill / Super-G ladies. Instead of satisfying their cravings on ski, the team switched to mountainbikes and tested the men’s downhill course at the Zwölferkogel in Saalbach-Hinterglemm.
