


Canadian Marie-Michele Gagnon skied to her first victory of the season at today’s Audi FIS World Cup alpine combined race in Soldeu to conclude the weekend of races in the Andorran resort. Gagnon topped Wendy Holdener (SUI) and Anne-Sophie Barthet (FRA) by 0.20 and 0.61 seconds, respectively.


The Audi FIS Ski World Cup staged its eighth giant slalom of the season today in Hinterstoder and the second GS staged on the 'Hannes Trinkl' slope this weekend.But the conditions were completely different today as the course had deeper turns than on Friday.


The second and the final day of moguls World Cup in Tazawako saw Deborah Scanzio (SUI) and Mikael Kingsbury (CAN) claiming big wins in dual moguls competition.
