The FIS Development Programme Freestyle Ski and Snowboard Training Camp 2015 (23rd January - 1st February) is off to an excellent start in Kreischberg (AUT). 27 participants from eight nations had the opportunity to see their idols in action during the final days of the FIS Freestyle Ski and Snowboard World Championships.

The 2015 FIS Freestyle Ski and Snowboard World Championships came to a close on Sunday, 25th January in Kreischberg (AUT) after producing 10 days of superlatives for both Freestyle Skiing and Snowboarding in the first-ever combined World Championship for the two disciplines. 
Khoroshilov writes history in Schladming

In tonight’s slalom race in Schladming, Russian Alexander Khoroshilov made history as after putting together two flawless runs he claimed the first men’s Alpine World Cup victory for Russia ever since Alexander Zhirov won his last race, a giant slalom in Laax in 1981.

Good news from Thomas Zangerl. Only one day after his tough crash in the ski cross semi finals of the 2015 FIS Freestyle Ski & Snowboard World Championships in Kreischberg, Austria, the national team member is already on the road to recovery. 
Positive snow control for Val di Fiemme

Green light for the 3 competition weekend in Val di Fiemme! The FIS snow control was positive, controller Sandro Pertile confirmed that Val di Fiemme is ready to host the three planned races on the upcoming Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

A wonderful winter scenery awaited the almost 8000 racers on the start line of this year's Marcialonga. However, Val di Fassa and Val di Fiemme, the two valleys through which the prestigious race runs through, hadn't seen much snow in the last couple of weeks.
